How to enable spring boot (HTTPS)

Open eclipse → Open Project → Right click on project →open project location → open cmd — ->and run billow command

keytool -genkey -alias local_ssl_cert_selfsigned -keyalg RSA -keysize 2048 -validity 700 -keypass gsanjay -storepass gsanjay -keyStore ssl_server.jks

now you certificate has been generated

You can see your certificate in project directory

if you want to see your certificate then you need to run command

keytool -list -keystore ssl_server.jks

Now you need some configuration on project level

in proprieties file

#ssl configuration
server.ssl.enabled=true
server.ssl.key-store=ssl_server.jks
server.ssl.key-store-password=gsanjay
